Emerald, 10 months pregnant

Given the fact that Emerald and Hale were consummating their relationship every night, it was only natural that the dragon quickly found herself fertilized. The prospective parents were both quite pleased. Emerald immediately set to preparing a nest, filling it with all the treasures and trinkets she could find.
But much to her surprise, Emerald did not lay an egg. Instead, her pregnancy began developing in the human fashion. She would have to carry her child until it was ready to be born.
Emerald didn't mind at all. It was normal for dragons to adapt to their environment. This change was perhaps more radical than most, but it was not outside the realm of possibility.
She was now 10 months into her pregnancy, which was progressing at about half the normal human speed. She loved to feel her baby kicking inside her. It was a sensation few dragons, if any, had ever experienced.
The hormones coursing through Emerald's pregnant body had kicked her already-substantial libido into overdrive. She was now entirely insatiable, and spent nearly every waking moment engaging in passionate sex with Hale. Thanks to the pheromones she exuded, Hale was always in the mood to reciprocate.
