3 years into her pregnancy, Nora Fairwind has between 40 and 45 unborn children inside of her, depending on how many of her monthly inseminations have resulted in twins or triplets. Her babies are developing about 8 times faster than a typical human, and so at least 10 of them have likely reached full adult size. In total, her babies currently weigh around 4,300 pounds.
Her breast milk production has increased as well; she now expresses about 20 ounces per minute at minimum (225 gallons per day), with much higher flow while aroused. Her total daily production could easily feed a community of 400 people.
However, the first law of thermodynamics still applies. Nora must consume over 950,000 calories per day in order to keep up with her body's unstoppable milk production, and to feed the babies inside her. It is not possible for her achieve this calorie intake by eating normally, and so she is fed by oral and rectal tubes. These tubes constantly pump her full of a protein shake made by combining a concentrate of own her breast milk with coconut oil and sugar.
By the due date of her first child, Nora is projected to have between 140 and 160 babies growing inside of her, with a combined weight of 20,000 pounds. She plans to continue allowing the local villagers to inseminate her indefinitely.
