Nora Fairwind, 5 weeks pregnant

Conception between two half-elves can result in even more extreme pregnancies than in human-elf pairings, as each participant will have inherited a different unusual mix of genetics from their parents.
Nora Fairwind, a half-elf from a small village near Silverleaf, is currently 5 weeks into a pregnancy. Because she is very sexually promiscuous, the father might be any half-elf male in the village or province at large.
The developmental rate and estimated duration of the subject's pregnancy is comparable to that of a previous subject, the Countess of Autumnfall. Her fetus is growing much faster than a human's, and her pregnancy is expected to last nearly as long as an elf's.
Like previous subject Jolie, Nora remains fertile during her term, and is capable of having multiple pregnancies at different developmental stages simultaneously. A second fertilization was confirmed during her last medical exam.
The subject's still-growing breasts are constantly expressing milk. While idle, she lactates at a rate of around 4 ounces per minute. Production is at its highest when she is sexually aroused, and varies with her caloric intake. Her greatest measured rate was 78 ounces per minute, sustained for 5 minutes (approximately 3 gallons total).
Nora must eat constantly to keep up with her milk production and multiple rapid pregnancies. Her physician has formulated a special calorie-rich liquid diet for her to consume, which uses her own breast milk as the base ingredient.
Nora is expected to be completely immobilized by the size of her breasts and pregnant belly within 2 months. She already finds it difficult to stand or fit through doorways. Fortunately, the local villagers have all volunteered to help out. The entire village has essentially been converted into a maternity ward for her, with everyone working to keep her fed, sheltered, and sexually sated.
Nora's first child, due in about 10 years, will be the harbinger of a one-woman "baby boom" that will completely rewrite the demographics of the province.
